Uncapping Knife - Cold

A very sharp knife with offset handle and serrated edge, designed specifically for cutting the wax cappings from a frame of honey. Dipping the blade into a pan of hot water between cuts will make the uncapping easier. Even better, purchase two uncapping knives, use one and leave the other in a pan of hot water. Switch knives once the first knife cools. These knives are ideal for harvesting only a few hives.
